Who is this guy?

I'm some random guy that wants to become as independent as possible.

My first move towards this goal is to become technologically independent. This website is part of that process. I can edit, post, share, etc. whatever I want. Almost everyone who uses the internet regularly does so through major corporations. They have "their own" YouTube channel, "their own" Discord server, "their own" Instagram account (or insert any other anti-social media). In reality, none of these are actually "theirs", because they don't actually have ultimate control over them. YouTube can terminate your channel if they want to. Discord can ban your account, or delete your server if they want to. Instagram can delete your account if they want to as well. These platforms make it feel like you are control over your accounts, but only as much as the company behind the platform will allow. Basically, all the big platforms have successfully psyop'd normies into using their massive centralized services rather than having an actually independent digital presence. "You will own nothing and be happy."

There are some things I believe I will have to be dependent on. In the technology field, I've accepted that becoming independent of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) is not feasible. Outside of technology, it is not feasible for me to become independent of things like grocery stores.

Things I like:

• Customizing things
• Eating good food
• Fidget Toys
• Games: board games, fighting games, pencil puzzles, puzzle games, rhythm games
• Listening to music
• Penspinning
• Twisty Puzzles
